Prioritising your IT life
I'm sometimes amazed at the level of IT literacy I'm faced with.
When you own a device that requires you to use it - learn how to use it properly.
Why pay for IT support continuously for solving the same problem - just for you to have that 'chill of dumbness' running down your back?
We live in an ever changing world where you can get a device to do almost anything for you - that said - if you can own it - you 1) have the time to read the manual on how to use it; and 2) enough money to pay for training if you're still unsure.
Wasting IT Support's time by not getting your priorities in order is inconvenient - but at least profitable..
My own Mocha-Coffee - Add one teaspoon Hot Chocolate to your coffee. Delish!
